I love my job. I enjoy the complexities of construction and making a vision or dream a reality. I love the power in creating 3 dimensional spaces that visually appeal to clients and meeting with clients to figure out what drives them to give them the best space to define their personality and needs.

 

What I love most about design is it allows you to be a chameleon. You have your own style and idea of what's attractive and what isn't, but when you’re designing for a client, you have to integrate your style with theirs. It’s a puzzle, a complex puzzle with hundreds of pieces, and when completed, is a piece of art. Design is a constant challenge. Design technologies and trends are ever changing, and in order to be relevant you have to stay current. Usually the most rewarding projects are those you take risks on and push yourself out of your comfort zone.

 

When I’m not designing I prefer to be out of my comfort zone. I love traveling and new experiences that come with it. I love meeting new people and integrating into different cultures.
